What is an Account Alert?

Also known as "account notifications," these are notifications that provide important information about a credit card account, such as when a payment is due, when a payment has posted, when a large or unusual purchase has been made, and more. A credit card member can sign up for the alerts they wish to receive and how they wish to receive them—via email, text, push notification, or all three.
